Very heavily backed when justifying odds-on favouritism over C&D in January (beat subsequent Newcastle scorer Malystic by 9L); his other efforts also stack up well, and he has already beaten today's rival Book Of Invasions (at Carlisle).

Sulamani gelding who is a half-brother to three winners; made a promising start to his racing career when finishing third to Malystic at Newcastle (2m, good) in November - form which would imply that he has something to find with Alright Sunshine.

Highate Hill116
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-2| J: Aidan Coleman| T: O Murphy
11/2
Bought out of the Irish PTP scene for £50,000 in November, and his long-term future will undoubtedly lie over fences; since taking out a training licence his Warwickshire-based trainer has saddled 16 bumper winners from 61 runners (26%).

5/2
Left Ken Condon for £65,000 in November after finishing 5L second to Alright Sunshine on debut at Carlisle; has progressed since to score over 1m5f at Doncaster (made all) and also finish third in a Listed bumper at Cheltenham (1m6f, good to soft).

Forecasts

Alright Sunshine (8/11), Book Of Invasions (5/2), Highate Hill (11/2), Dothraki Prince (25/1)

Verdict

A small-field, yet a relatively interesting bumper with all four of the runners making some form of appeal. Olly Murphy is an infrequent visitor to Musselburgh but maintained a positive strike-rate at this track (67%) prior to the onset of this two-day fixture, so strong market support would shine a positive light on the chances of his representative Highate Hill. However, the preferred option is the Paul and Clare Rooney-owned ALRIGHT SUNSHINE. He has tasted defeat just once in three starts (at the hands of the very promising Lossiemouth) and has already accounted for today's rival Book Of Invasions.
  1. Alright Sunshine
  2. Highate Hill
  3. Book Of Invasions
