It's difficult to speak with any degree of confidence about the five declared runners, other than to state that the veteran Lowanbehold won't have conditions to his liking (discounted). Samtu made a winning chasing debut over C&D earlier this month and the value of that form now looks more palatable with the benefit of hindsight (runner-up a Sedgefield scorer since). Therefore, with conditions remaining favourable he should go relatively close. However, at the projected odds a chance is taken on the dual Hexham scorer BAFANA BLUE who will also be suited by the presenting conditions.
