Capable handicapper on his day but they seem to have become few and far between. Drop in grade may help but a poor effort at Plumpton last time needs forgiving, and drying ground probably no help either.
Falling quickly in the handicap now but that's down to some moderate efforts and she threw the towel in very quickly at Fakenham last time. Conditions fine but a very risky proposition at present.
Twice a winner in the winter but handicapper took action after the second one and he looked very much like he'd caught up with him at Ludlow last time, second but well beaten. Needs to find more now, and that's unlikely at his age.
Often highly tried in the past year, and will appreciate this easier company. However, early fall last time won't have helped his confidence and may be best at shorter trips anyway, so others make a bit more appeal.
Well beaten at big prices on last six starts, has some gaps in his CV too and although very well handicapped and in an easier race, has plenty to prove now. Cheekpieces given a go but they need to have a big effect.
Winner at Plumpton around this time last year but overall impression is that the handicapper has him right where he wants him. Disappointing effort at Lingfield last time too, and not hard to look elsewhere for the winner.
Definite chances on her second to Warthog at Sandown in December but an early unseat last time won't have helped her confidence. Yard struggling for winners too, and although not written off here, others make a bit more appeal.
Ready winner over fences at Bangor in December, and then far from disgraced back over hurdles here last time. out. Still on a workable mark and conditions ideal, so looks one of the leading candidates for top spot.
Came good in a little race at Leicester two starts ago but then showed his inconsistency by pulling up at Ludlow last time, making mistakes and was well beaten. Needs more from this mark.
Consistent, if devilishly tricky to win with. Saves best efforts for Chepstow but effective elsewhere and likes soft ground, so has chances of hitting the frame once more.
On a good-looking mark on the best of his form and showed a bit more when a close fifth over hurdles here last time out. May be on the way back and as long as the ground doesn't dry out too much, has a chance.

Molly Carew (4/1), Tara Flow (9/2), Maguire's Glen (9/2), Gone Platinum (5/1), Greyed A (7/1), Rock On Rocky (10/1), Beallandendall (12/1), Millanisi Boy (12/1), Truckers Highway (14/1), Market Road (20/1), Zero Grand (20/1), Spock (50/1)
A competitive little event and plenty hold some sort of chance. With a good pace assured from both Greyed A and Truckers Highway, it might pay to go with GONE PLATINUM, who will get this run to suit his hold-up style and could be good enough. He's doing nothing wrong at present and has conditions that are up his street. Maguire's Glen is not getting any younger but might have another win or two in him and might pick a medal of some colour up here. Beallandendall is consistent and may be the best of the rest.
- Gone Platinum
- Maguire's Glen
- Beallandendall
