Justified favouritism the last twice and is a progressive individual. Up another 6lb for her latest win but had ten lengths in hand at the line at Newcastle last month and hard to say how much more she has to offer. Good solid chance here though.

Made all to win a mares race at Huntingdon last month, an effort which quickly banished the memory of a poor run at Ludlow a month earlier. Respected in racing from the same mark here. Place claims at least.

Winner at Market Rasen last October but held in novice company at the start of this month. Should be sharper for the run though and must be worth a betting check at least. Ground conditions fine. Shortlisted.

Didn't appreciate the heavy ground at Sandown when last seen out and is better judged on her winning effort at Warwick (2m5f, good) last November. Dropped 1lb since her last run, the mare is on a reasonable mark. The betting can help.

Won a bumper on debut at Wetherby just over two years ago but only lightly tried since then. Had no chance with the front pair when third on hurdles debut at Lingfield latest and more now required. (First start since November.)

Made no impact in a couple of bumpers and needs a dramatic amount of improvement to figure now she switches to hurdling for the first time.

Verdict

Former point-to-pointer ANOTHER THEATRE has answered the call well since switching to hurdles and looks to have a reasonable chance of asserting herself despite being set to carry a double penalty for winning her last two starts , the latest of which she won with plenty in hand it has to be said. Etamine Du Cochet can make the running and has to merit consideration after her all-the-way win at Huntington last month. She can give the selection a rough ride if she takes another step forward. L'chamise can be expected to be fitter this time and is another who would be dangerous to underestimate. Maebh is recommended as the best of the rest.
  1. Another Theatre
  2. Etamine Du Cochet
  3. L'chamise
