€5,000 yearling by New Approach. Closely related to 1m1f-1m4f winner Change Of Velocity out of a dam effective at up to 1m2f. Worth watching on return following encouraging debut at the Curragh in August finishing fifth of 14 beaten a little over 6L

Nothing of any note in three career starts on turf and here over 6f earlier this month. Possibly best watched unless market indicates otherwise.

Filly by Aussie Rules out of a Machiavellian mare. Only second runner of the year for yard and will possibly need the run on debut for high-profile owner/breeder.

50,000gns yearling; half-sister to five winners including Ennaad. Nothing of note for trainer Kevin Ryan last season. Worth a market check for yard usually in form in February and hold a 35% win and place strike rate here in the last 30 days.

Daughter of Exceed And Excel out of a Persian Bold mare. Will need to improve on a couple of poor efforts last year including when last seen here in December over 1m. Can be expected to improve.

Galileo filly out of a Sunday Silence mare. Didn't quite live up to expectations on debut when defeated over 7f here. Yard in scintillating form and this filly is open to plenty of improvement.

Plenty to like about her second of 14 beaten ½L behind Altair over 7f last month at this venue. Should be among the leading players.

Disappointed on debut when sent off the 15/8f favourite finishing fourth of six beaten 6¾L at Doncaster in June on sole start for trainer Richard Hannon in June. Open to plenty of improvement and one to watch in the market.

Unraced daughter of Red Jazz who cost €3,800 as a yearling. Sports a first-time tongue strap on debut and could be best followed when going handicapping.

Verdict

LOVEE DOVEE was sent off the 5/2f on debut here last month finishing fourth of 14 meeting trouble in running on more than one occasion. The Joseph O'Brien trained filly can make amends here to land the opener and turn the tables on the Henry De Bromhead-trained Paris Duvet who finished a length ahead of the daughter of Galileo. Trainer Jim Bolger has a 38% strike rate round here in February and boasts good figures at this venue in the last 30 days, his New Approach filly, Closer Now can emerge as a big danger.
