Cost just €6,000 but is related to 1m2f winner Ebeyina and a handful of other useful handicappers. Well held on debut at Leopadstown and hard to recommend as one to follow on that evidence.
Cost €9,000 as a three-year-old and has winners over jumps in his pedigree. Didn't look ready to emulate them on debut at Gowran Park last month though and may need a bit more time. (Was fourth best in the betting then, so had his share of support.)
A €10,000 purchase as a three-year-old, the gelding made a very satisfactory debut at Naas earlier in the month; running well above market expectations. Sound claims if able to take things a step further here.
Went for €15,000 as a three-year-old, the gelding is out of a 1m6f winner on the Flat in France, who is a half-sister to Oa Baldixe, a winner over 2m4f-2m5f over hurdles. Yard going well. Worth a betting check.
Out of a half-sister to New Zealand 1,000 Guineas winner Rollout The Carpet and representing the yard which won the 2015 renewal of this race. Worth monitoring in the betting.
Plugged on to finish third in a Gowran Park bumper last month and possible the gelding can use that as a platform. Does need to show a bit more resilience here though.
A Morzov gelding that is a half-brother to 3m hurdle and chase winner Another Frontier; he's likely to benefit from the run and is probably best watched on his racecourse debut.
