Made the frame from this mark over hurdles at Uttoxeter in November, Well held over fences twice since, but not ruled out now back to this discipline.
Heavy ground winner over 2m3f at Chepstow in April. Stays a bit further than that, but not 3m, based on last month's Wetherby run. Still has that sort of stamina to prove.
Scored at Fontwell (2m5f, good) in April 2017, when 3lb lower. Not seen until last month's reappearance. Good to see this pilot back up, and the mare should get this trip, so a revival could be on the cards.
Showed very little for this trainer until 7L second at Fontwell (2m5f, good to soft) last time. Up 3lb for that, which is unfortunate, but this step up in trip looks positive and she may now be able to kick on.
Modest form in Irish points, though did win one. Yet to show much under rules, but has had wind surgery since her last run and would be interesting if supported form this reappearance, with both tongue-tie and cheekpieces fitted.
Yet to win a handicap over hurdles and returns to this discipline on the back of some disappointing chase form. Others preferred.
Just three starts over hurdles so far. Showed minor promise in the first of those, and she could do better from this mark now stepped to a trip that looks more suitable. A possible for each-way players.
Dual handicap hurdle winner for Paul Webber at 2m3f-2m5f on good ground. Looked fully exposed from slightly higher marks on her last two starts for him. Changed hands for £4,000 and good jockey booked, so may be able to revive.
Has shown little of interest in points (where she failed to complete) or under rules. Cheekpieces now called for, but can only watch.
Put up a respectable effort when 15L fourth at Plumpton in November. In good hands, but this looks a tough assignment on her handicap debut.
0-13 under rules. Some encouragement from here 18L third over C&D (good) in December, but two poor runs since are offputting.
Has shown little so far, but she is a point-to-point winner, so it would be no surprise to see her run well from this lowly mark on her handicap debut, now stepped up to 3m.
Fourth from this mark at Exeter (2m5f, good to soft) two starts ago, but disappointed when stepped up in trip over C&D last time. Bit to prove after that, but in a weak contest she may be good enough to bounce right back.
1-19 over hurdles. Reappeared with a respectable effort at Newton Abbot in October, after 416 days off. Hasn't yet been able to build on that, however.
Has run well in defeat in both runs for this trainer. 7L third from 1lb higher at Kempton last time puts her into the picture here, and she has frame claims at the least.
Has been pulled up in all three starts this season and looks likely to go off at triple figure odds again. Can only watch.
Not in great form over hurdles (pulled up) or on AW since the turn of the year, but despite being 1lb 'wrong', she can't be ruled out of the frame based on two second-placed runs at Plumpton earlier in the season.
Forecasts
Goodnitesweetheart (7/2), Sisania (9/2), Tigeralley (6/1), Princess Midnight (7/1), Misty Mai (8/1), Drewmain Legend (8/1), Ask Catkin (14/1), Lamh Ar Lamh (16/1), Macca's Stowaway (20/1), Avithos (20/1), Sienna Royale (20/1), Dancecraft (22/1), Cosmic Diamond (33/1), Shotgun Sally (33/1), Belmont Jewel (33/1), Elska (66/1), Dartmoor Girl (100/1)
Very modest fayre and it could be set up for a surprise in the form of SHOTGUN SALLY, who has shown little so far, but who may be one to catch on her handicap debut now upped to this trip. Princess Midnight is a more obvious contender, along with Sisania, while Tigeralley, Goodnight Sweetheart and Ask Catkin are others of note.
- Shotgun Sally
- Tigeralley
- Princess Midnight
