Off the mark at the third attempt over hurdles when taking a 2m novice contest on good-to-soft going at Fakenham in December. Given a break since and is one to note despite carrying a penalty for that success.
Unlucky not to win having veered right and unseated when clear in a 2m bumper at Sedgefield (good) in October and this looks weaker than the novice hurdle she pulled up in on hurdles debut at Doncaster (good) in December.
Point-to-point and bumper winner ran a fair race when 21L sixth on hurdles debut at Warwick (2m, soft) in November. Disappointed when pulled up over an extended 2m5f at Hereford (good-to-soft) subsequently however.
Beaten 55L when making her debut in a bumper over an extended 1m7f at Southwell (good) last July. Others hold stronger claims on her debut over hurdles.
Point-to-point winner in 2017 and placed in a bumper that summer. Lightly raced since and struggled in two starts over hurdles in the past month. Cheekpieces tried for the first time.
Bumper winner on good ground when debuting under Rules at Plumpton 12 months ago. Shown some decent form over hurdles since including when fourth off a mark of 118 at Chepstow (good-to-soft) last time out. One for the shortlist in this contest.
Well beaten in three starts since joining this yard. Most recent of those came on hurdling debut at Sedgefield (2m4f, soft) last month and she is probably best watched at present.
Raced prominently prior to weakening when finishing 22L sixth in a bumper over an extended 1m4f on debut at Wetherby (soft) in December. Hood tried for the first time on hurdles debut.
Forecasts
Queen's Magic (4/7), A Little Chaos (2/1), Emma Lamb (5/1), Getaway Honey (16/1), Absolute Jaffa (28/1), Pure Affection (33/1), Hessle Road (150/1), Ridgeway Pearl (150/1)
A LITTLE CHAOS is taken to defy a penalty and double her hurdles tally by taking this eight runner mares only contest. The selection comes into this on the back of a victory at Fakenham and she can see off Queen's Magic who has been running well in handicap company in recent starts. Third place can go to Emma Lamb who was unlucky not to win a bumper earlier this season.
- A Little Chaos
- Queen's Magic
- Emma Lamb
