Didn't need to improve on his promising third at Sandown (2m) in a race that has worked out really well, when stepped up to 2m3f at Doncaster and overcoming a steady pace to beat Ivilnoble (reopposes here). More to come and looks a major player.
Simple task when scoring at 1/6 at Plumpton but disappointed in stronger contest at Cheltenham since. Drop in class a plus but bit to prove after that.
Landed a Point-to-point by 6L in the spring. Showed aptitude for hurdling when second of nine (well backed favourite) at Leicester last month though form has taken a few knocks since.
Showed plenty of ability in bumpers including a victory here in March. Hasn't quite loved up to expectations in two runs over hurdles but still early days and likely to have a fair bit of improvement to come.
Off the mark at the fourth attempt in a Point-to-point, but tailed off on hurdling debut having raced keenly and huge improvement needed.
Showed promise at this trip on hurdles debut at Wetherby when third of 11. Likely improver though shaped like a stayer there and may want further in due course.
Hopelessly tailed off in a trio of novice hurdles at huge prices and is impossible to make a case for.
Landed a Point-to-point last spring but has shown little since going hurdling and not hard to look elsewhere.
Sprang a 28/1 shock when landing a Plumpton Bumper in 2017 but absent for a year and yet to show much in a pair of novice hurdles since returning.
Beaten less than 1L by Hold The Note at Doncaster and now enjoys a 6lb pull. Again ran well when third at Chepstow over 3m since and should again figure wit the drop down in trip not expected to be a problem.
Regressive in bumpers and a novice hurdle and pulled hard as well last time. Readily passed over up in trip.
Did win a Bumper three years ago but after a long absence has shown nothing over hurdles in three attempts.
Often front-runs but readily left behind under change of tactics latest and seems to lack the scope of some of his rivals.
Has presumably had her problems and tailed off in last three Point-to-points. Impossible to make a case for here.

HOLD THE NOTE overcame a slow pace to get off the mark at Doncaster in December and may be up to defying the penalty and confirming that form with Ivilnoble. Breaking Waves is almost certainly better than so far shown over hurdles and may prove best of the rest.
