Winner over a similar trip at Wexford in October off a 4lb lower mark. Struggling since though and may be the same story here.
Two from 33 over hurdles with last win coming over three years ago off an 8lb higher mark. Looks to be regressing and others preferred.
Lightly raced, without a win in four starts including a 25L defeat when last seen in December in a Punchestown handicap hurdle. Looks opposable.
In good form of late posting a couple of runner-up places last month. Should make his presence felt in this company.
C&D winner in November off a 3lb lower mark. May need things to drop right for her here but worthy of consideration.
Much improved performances here and at Punchestown towards the end of the year. Capable of hitting the frame here.
One from 11 over hurdles and has been bereft of any ability in a number of dispiriting efforts since November. Unlikely to play a part in the finish.
Solid and consistent over similar trips with some give in the ground at Clonmel and Limerick. Not one to totally leave out of calculations.
Winner over the larger obstacles towards the end of the year but has failed to hit the frame in five career hurdle starts to date. Plenty to prove.
Running well in defeat in a number of handicap hurdle starts since November. Deserves a change of luck.
Well beaten and no impression in four handicap hurdle starts since September. Plenty to prove in this contest looking at exposed form.
12-race maiden hurdler well held when sent off as favourite when last seen in a Limerick handicap in December. Tough ask and others preferred.
Not much to shout about in four hurdle starts to date including a 73L defeat when last seen in June. May struggle on these terms.
Improving third of 15 beaten 2L behind Father Jed puts the Yeats gelding firmly in the mix here as he attempts to get off the mark for connections at the 11th time of asking over hurdles.
Has produced a number of laboured runs in defeat in the last 12 months. Hard to fancy until he shows a hint of ability.
Produced a bunch of inadequate runs since returning to action in October. Well out of his depth in this company.
Without a win in 10 starts over hurdles and has appeared over-whelmed in a number of starts in the autumn of last year. Best watched on return to action.

The seven-year-old gelding CHER WHY NOT wouldn't have to improve too much to be able to play a part in the finish following a number of solid displays since the turn of the year. Hughies Bay displayed plenty of promise towards the end of the year and is entitled to make the shortlist here along with Crack On Corrie and potential improver Fr Gilligansvoyge.

- Hughies Bay
- Crack On Corrie
