Made all to score in blinkers under a positive ride at Worcester (2m4f, good) in July; 5lb higher on debut for a new yard (cost £14,000 in August); worthy of respect with conditions favourable.
Campaigned over fences for much of 2017 but last seen in action over hurdles at Taunton (3m, good) in November of that year when finishing 4L third to Comely; off since and returns for a new stable.
Gained deserved success after some consistent efforts when winning with a bit in hand over 2m4f here on Boxing Day (first time cheekpieces beneficial); 7lb higher; every chance the slightly longer trip will suit.
Cost £43,000 out of the PTP field (3m Tyrella winner for Benny Walsh); 0-4 over hurdles with his best run coming in a 2m3f Chepstow novice (fifth) latest; handicap debut.
Has made the frame on all three previous visits to Sedgefield (2m4f-2m5f), albeit was beaten by a whopping 26L latest; more required with others almost certainly better handicapped.
Runner-up off a similar mark on his penultimate start at Ludlow (3m, good) in November and denied a suitable opportunity with the abandonment of Musselburgh last week; place possibilities but no more.
Beaten 6L by a subsequent winner in a 3m handicap hurdle on good ground at Musselburgh on his penultimate start, yet bitterly disappointing at Kelso next time; remains a maiden (0-10) and opposed at present.

Forecasts
Nicely Indeed (15/8), Triangle Rock (7/2), Aclassagold (7/2), Call The Cops (13/2), Gold Mountain (8/1), Toi Storey (8/1), Chimes Of Dylan (11/1), Mance Rayder (12/1), Rockalzaro (12/1), Braddan Head (20/1)
Plenty can be considered, including the one-time useful performer Call The Cops who served notice at Newcastle that he remains capable of competing at a lower level nowadays. Others in with a shout based upon their peak form include Gold Mountain and Rockalzaro. However, the most interesting pair are the Boxing Day winner Nicely Indeed who shouldn't be troubled by stepping up in trip for the in-form trainer Phil Kirby and the intriguing handicap debutante TOI STOREY. Rebecca Menzies has brought her 6yo along steadily and he competes off a handy looking opening mark here.
