Sire has not been a hit at stud and this colt's debut hardly suggested he would be improving his numbers. Related to two winning sprinters and in a much weaker race this time over a shorter trip.
Well beaten on both starts when finding little for pressure and hard to recommend on that evidence. Stable going through a lean spell of 148 days and 125 days without a winner.
Daughter of Swiss Spirit who was a cheap purchase at 7,500 gns as a foal. Looked a bit one paced here last time but that was still a massive improvement on her debut.
Homebred full-sister to Group 3 Fred Darling Stakes winner Rimth. Definite promise on debut but she failed to progress next time. A two month break suggests there is a story to tell and she could bounce back in a terribly weak race.
5,500 gns foal by top Australian sprinter Kuroshio out of a moderate dam who has produced a winner in Italy. Breeding suggests she is nothing out of the ordinary but, in a race as bad as this, she does not need to be.

Simon Dow has found an attractive opportunity for his relatively expensive filly PACIFICADORA to open her account. Her debut form took a knock when the runner-up was beaten here on Wednesday, but she showed enough to suggest she is on a different scale of ability to today's rivals. Haze looks the chief threat if reproducing her debut form, but the remainder have little to recommend them.
