Fine mare with excellent record over fences and hurdles and from 2m-2m4f. Won all three this season (two chases, one hurdle) and won here last time out. Acts on all ground so chinks in her armour very hard to find and sets high standard here.
Impressive Uttoxeter novice winner ran well next when upped in class to a Listed mares novice race finishing second. Tougher task now out of novice company but remains open to improvement so respected.
Maiden of three bumpers was pulled-up on hurdles debut before absolutely running away with a small field Musselburgh maiden by 35L. Hard to gauge that form but this certainly a huge step up in class.
Four-time hurdles scorer was second in this race a year ago. 2¼L third to Lady Buttons at Wetherby earlier this season and 4lb better off now . Going well next when fell at the last and ran well here too before sub-par latest. Expecting a bold bid.
Won first three for this yard culminating in a 23L Aintree Listed success. Second since in a Musselburgh handicap also a solid effort and chances here genuine with huge weight-for-age advantage.
Forecasts
Lady Buttons (1/1), Irish Roe (3/1), Chica Buena (9/2), Indefatigable (11/2), Indian Opera (40/1), Cold Fusion (250/1)
LADY BUTTONS is undoubtedly one of the best mares trained on these shores and this admirable dual purpose performer can defy the weights for her 12th success under rules. Chica Buena in receipt of 13lb from the selection given she is now only rated 4lb inferior is technically well in here so a big danger. Irish Roe ran well in this last year and her form ties in closely with Lady Buttons.
