Milan gelding out of a Lord Americo mare. Promising effort on debut at Galway in October. One for the shortlist.
Gelding by Flemensfirth who finished second of nine in a point-to-point in December 2017. Best watched on stable debut.
Won a Thurles bumper over 2m in March before a couple of encouraging displays since, including in a Limerick maiden hurdle in December. Should be a leading contender in this company.
Well beaten in a number of starts since October and overall form casts doubt on his ability to get competitive here.
Stayed on well to land a Naas bumper in January last year before a heavy defeat in a Grade 3 contest at Cork and a promising maiden hurdle effort at Leopardstown last month. More to come if building on that run.
Stowaway gelding related to to some top class national hunt stock. Eighth og 14 beaten over 8L in a Down Royal 2m bumper when last seen in May. Plenty to prove here.
Backmarker in maiden hurdles at Ballinrobe and Killarney in May before being tailed off in a Fairyhouse contest in December. Others preferred.
Not disgraced in four career hurdle starts to date but needs to improve on those performances sooner rather than later.
Modest in a number of point-to-point starts in the early part of last year and generally well beaten in a couple of maiden hurdle starts to date. First time tongue-tie doubtful to bring about the required amount of progress needed.
Showed ability in four bumpers culminating in a 21L third at Thurles in December. Well held on maiden hurdle debut recently and unlikely to trouble the judge.
Poor in a couple of point-to-point starts and tailed off last of 16 on maiden hurdle debut earlier this month. Hard to place any faith in.
Not without promise in a number of hurdle starts since November including a fourth of eight earlier this month at Fairyhouse. Interesting jockey engagement.
Lightly raced mare who has been well beaten when down the field in a couple of starts including last month at Limerick on hurdling debut. Others look open to more improvement.
Plenty to like about the Kalanisi mares run at Limerick over Christmas but looks up against it in this company.
Modest efforts posted in a bumper and a number of previous runs over hurdles since August. Improving sort who could go well at a price.
Dubai Destination filly out of an Old Vic mare. Last of 16 beaten 50L on hurdling debut at Killarney when last seen in May. Others preferred.
Well down the field on a couple of disappointing efforts over Christmas and the New Year. Easy to look elsewhere.

THE BIG DOG can build on a promising maiden hurdle effort at Leopardstown last month when the Peter Fahy-trained six-year-old was headed narrowly on the run-in, going down by a head. Voix Des Tiep looks a solid option to cause the most problems for the selection and can prove to be the biggest danger. Kalum River and the Gordon Elliott-trained Rakhine State can battle for the remaining minor honour.
