One from nine over this trip, fell at the eighth when in midfield on chasing debut at Punchestown on Sunday. Worth a market check turned out so quickly.
Scorpion gelding, made a promising debut beaten 10L finishing sixth of 24 in a Leopardstown maiden hurdle in December, before winning at Naas last month. Market likely to reveal expectation on chasing introduction.
Appears to be struggling in three career starts over the larger obstacles and overall record casts doubt on his ability to get competitive here.
Point-to-point and bumper winner finished third in last two maiden hurdles for Mouse Morris last winter. Expected to improve from promising chasing debut at Down Royal last month and a leading player.
Useful 122-rated hurdler who has produced a number of dour chase runs since November and looks opposable in this company.
Course winner that has also won over the trip. Promising fourth of 12 at Down Royal recently but appears up against it here.

Trainer Gordon Elliott appears to have found an ideal opportunity for the Kayf Tara gelding, GROTESQUE to get off the mark over hurdles at the sixth time of asking. The J P McManus-owned At Your Ease, winner of a Naas maiden hurdle last month could emerge as the biggest danger, while Biddy The Boss and Dylrow can battle for third spot.
