Progressive novice chaser who has only been beaten by Santini in his five chases so far and was the easy winner of a Grade 2 at Doncaster (3m, good) last time. Can make a good fist of trying to successfully concede weight all around.
Won a bumper and two novice hurdles at Kempton, including on good. Survived a mistake to win well at Plumpton (3m1f, soft) on his chase debut last month. Should be more to come and should be very competitive.
Ended last season with back-to-back novice hurdle wins, and resumed this term with a Grade 2 Chepstow success in that discipline. Made a satisfactory debut over fences in a Wincanton Grade 2, but should now do better stepped up in trip.
Rather fluffed his lines on his first two outings over fences, when 3-1 and then 5-1, but got it right when dropped in trip at Exeter last time, making all to score. Will need to improve on that to remain competitive in this field.
