There are one or two in this who look very at home on this unique surface with WELD AL EMARAT being the main contender. He’s unbeaten over C&D and overall is rather unlucky not to be unbeaten in four starts on the Fibresand (1121) his one defeat coming over 7f when drawn wide. Three Weeks has twice been second here with his most recent runner-up slot coming over this trip but he does look as though he needs further. Showboating faces a slightly more difficult task that of late in a bid to complete his hat-trick while Mr Top Hat would be of interest if he acts on this surface despite his long losing run.
