First start for new yard (formerly with Charlie Longsden), showed ability when fifth in a competitive novice hurdle at Warwick in April but an awful effort when last seen, which poses questions regarding wellbeing here. Best watched.

In good form, winning last two, latest coming off the back of a short break at Musselburgh (faced an easy task). Upped significantly in trip here, which does ask a new question, but looks one of the main players on form.

Only moderate on the Flat (stayed 14f), yet to score after 15 starts and based on his four efforts over hurdles to date, faces an uphill task even in this company. Plenty to find on form.

Looks to be improving and ran well again yesterday at Doncaster, showing that he stays this trip well with a game second. Would be a big player if turned out again.

Verdict

A tricky one to call, as both the form picks for this,Come On Charlie and UNO MAS, have slight questions to answer but the latter showed this trip has no fears with a battling second at Doncaster yesterday. If he's none the worse for that, he has every chance here and just gets the vote. Leodis isn't ruled out of causing the shock, given he did stay well on the Flat, and could expose any stamina limitations with the main two.
  1. Uno Mas
  2. Leodis
  3. Come On Charlie
