Not disgraced behind Ribble Valley over C&D on debut and progressed to score in a determined manner on his second start at Newcastle (2m, good to soft); bred to stay further and should appreciate this easier ground.
This half-brother to the point/3m hurdle winner Mollies Glen was well backed when making a winning debut at Sedgefield in October; sold out of the Peter Fahey yard for £25,000 at the November Cheltenham Sale, he debuts today for James Ewart.
Stormed clear when winning impressively over C&D on debut in November (third placed Corrieben Reiver was beaten 13L); held a valid excuse when beaten (sixth) in a much stronger race next time at Cheltenham; the standout form horse.
Fourth foal out of a winning pointer (Granary House); difficult to see him proving overly competitive against a trio of previous winners on debut.
Low-key in a couple of Irish PTP's in the spring of 2018; half-brother to the 2008 Welsh Grand National winner Notre Pere; his future probably lies much further down the line.
€18,000 yearling; first foal out of a 1m1f winning dam (Puttore); tongue-tied on debut for a trainer known for his successful Scottish forays; trainer 3-5 (60%) in GB bumpers over the past five years.
€45,000 3yo; second foal from an unraced dam (half-sister to the useful 2m4f/3m2f hurdle/chase winner Crosspark); yard not known for winners in these type of events, albeit certainly worthy of market inspection.
€5,500 foal; ninth foal; half-brother to the PTP winners Western Perk, Shockabach and Casey Oscar; trainer 18-97 (19%) in GB bumpers over the past five years.
Sold for £40,000 in May 2018 (Cheltenham) after finishing a head second to Robyndzone in a Ballindenisk PTP (for Stuart Crawford); half-brother to 2014 Welsh Grand National winner Emperors Choice.
Had wind surgery since finishing a well beaten 250/1 shot on debut at Carlisle (14th of 16) in October; very unlikely win or place contender; safely look elsewhere.

An informative bumper which should yield plenty of future winners with notable types including Gracemeadow and Milvale (has run in a PTP). However, those with more experience under their belts have shown a solid level of form in winning bumpers over C&D, at Sedgefield and Newcastle respectively. Honourary Gift has joined James Ewart for £25,000 since winning for Peter Fahey at Sedgefield in October, whilst Corrieben Reiver should also win more races for Alistair Whillans - most likely over hurdles (2m4f+). However, a strong preference is for the Nicky Richards-trained RIBBLE VALLEY who created a most striking impression when winning over C&D on debut.
