Underwent wind surgery at the start of last year and has not been seen out since finishing a respectable third at Newcastle fifteen months ago. Plenty to prove on debut for a new yard.
Holding his form well just now and a big bonus that the gelding likes this course. Needs to post a personal best but arrives on the crest of a wave and consecutive wins cannot be ruled out despite a 4lb higher mark.
Registered two fair efforts since joining her current yard. More now required but has been given a chance by the handicapper. Worth noting for signs of support in the betting.
Solid effort last time out brings the gelding into the argument - closely matched with Pike Corner Cross on that run but 1lb worse off today. Place claims but needs to be at his best.
Had Arrowzone and Pike Corner Cross just in behind last time but stiff test to uphold the form from 3lb higher this time. Needs to conclusively prove this trip suits.
C&D winner in August for his former yard but not been in the same form since. Needs to improve greatly on his debut run for his current trainer.
Won over this trip on turf last summer but form on artificial surfaces has been moderate at best. Blinkers being used for the first time needs to initiate a big improvement.
ran well last time out failed to reel in a few of these near the finish. Stiff test from the same mark.
Given a chance by the handicapper and very possible the filly will strip a lot fitter after making her debut for her current yard on Boxing day. Form to reverse with Champagne Rules but a place in the frame not ruled out. Worth a betting check.
C&D winner in August 2017 but form soon reached a plateau and efforts since his return from a break have been poor. Hard to recommend on recent evidence.
A maiden under both codes of racing and has been well held each time he's been tried on an artificial surface before now. Difficult to see the gelding being good enough and is best watched on first start for yet another new trainer.
Never lived up to the potential in her pedigree and very little sign of a reversal in the poor levels of form shown so far. Best left alone from a betting perspective.

Champagne Rules (4/1), Bollihope (5/1), Arrowzone (5/1), Final Attack (11/2), Pike Corner Cross (6/1), False Id (8/1), Kodi Koh (8/1), La Sioux (16/1), Midnight Vixen (16/1), Island Flame (20/1), Takiah (25/1), Beadlam (25/1), Lifeboat (33/1)
This can go to CHAMPAGNE RULES, who has found a new lease of life and can make this a good test for the rest if coping with a 4lb rise for winning here last time out. Arrowzone and Pike Corner Cross don't have much to find if this goes to form, so also merit a betting check, while Kodi Koh is another to monitor in the betting now she has the benefit of a recent run behind her.

- Arrowzone
