Flat maiden (0-11) who showed very little on his hurdles debut (100-1); finished well beaten at Bangor to the tune of 57L. Hard to recommend on the back of that performance.
Showed some ability in small-field bumpers and has shown similar promise in a couple of hurdles starts; very much being brought along with handicaps in mind. Needs this run for a mark and will be of interest once he has one.
Moderate form in two bumpers his hurdles debut showed a little more although he's gone backwards from there and he was well behind already in a void race at Haydock recently. Looks very much a work in progress for further down the line.
Rules debut having not been sighted since a last of four in a maiden point-to-point in April 2017 over 2m4f. Half-brother to bumper winner/useful chaser Midnight Haze but likely to need this and a long way down the pecking order here.
Went close in his 2nd bumper (runner up) and has shaped well enough in a couple of hurdles efforts so far. Looks as though handicap will be the aim after this outing although he does need to learn to settle better to fulfil his potential.
Took a step forward in his career last time out after looking to be somewhat quirky in his prior runs. Still didn't look totally straightforward but shaped well in a fairly deep Newbury novice last time (winner won again); not without a chance.
Fair sort on the Flat (won Ffos Las 7f maiden) but shaped with very little promise on his hurdles debut (first-time hood). Made plenty of mistakes and more needed to take a hand here although may be better for the experience.
Hardly surprising that he needed the run after 20 months off when making his hurdles debut (has shown promise in his only bumper). Left behind by the first two in that but they are a smart pair (both won since); should get involved here.
Smart sort who won on his bumper debut and has shaped well when taking the runner-up slot on both hurdles starts. Mown down late last time by the winner (who has won again since) he's entitled to go close here and gain a deserved victory.
Having shown up well over a more suitable 3m2f on his Rules/hurdles debut it's rather strange to see him get another outing over 2m a trip which looks far too sharp. Still shaped well enough last time; needs this run for a mark in handicaps.
From a top stable and has some useful relations but has yet to show much in two hurdles runs; beaten 72L and 66L so far. Did run in a far better class last time but like many in this will be far happier and better off in handicaps.
Fair sort on the Flat who capitalised on a drop in grade to record her only win in an AW 1m2f selling handicap. Little promise in either of her hurdles starts so far and beaten 42L when a 50-1 chance last time; similar story likely here.
One of two from a yard in good form of late with this one being a half-sister to the smart hurdler Kateson (same owner/trainer). Shaped like a real stayer (bred to be) on her sole outing so far (Ffos Las bumper); hurdles debut, further would suit.
Long odds-on when finishing alone to win her only point-to-point she shaped as though she needed the experience on her hurdles debut (beaten over 18L). Raced freely in a tongue-tie (left off here) and looks one who will need a little more time.

There probably isn’t as much strength in depth as the size of the field suggests and plenty of these will be looking towards handicaps over longer trips in the near future. SEVARANO has looked slightly unfortunate over hurdles so far and was mugged close home time although the winner showed the form to be useful by winning again. He had the slightly quirky looking Melchoir King behind that day and he’ll do well to reverse the form and it could well be down to the likes of Saint De Vassy (behind two useful sorts at Warwick) and Oscar Maguire to provide the main threat. Both Dessie’s Diamond and Three County’s will be worth looking out for in handicaps, the latter over staying trips.
