2-3 in this grade and has gone well over this trip in the past although his victories have come over shorter. Tough draw to overcome and on balance others look more likely.
Six wins and eleven places from 36 starts is a good return and he has a 2-7 record here. Arrives on top of his game and he would have been a lot closer last time granted a clear run.
Goodwood winner last summer (6f) who returned to form over this trip at Kempton last month having been keen in the early stages. As a result this sharper track should help.
Has won two of his last five over this trip, the latest off today's mark. Nicola Currie replaces a 7lb claimer and nicely drawn.
Got struck by a whip in October and he has looked a hard ride since. Visor on this time and would go close if that helps him to focus.
Lightly raced since a 7f Dundalk victory in 2017. Appeared to be coming back to form on last start and has since joined new yard for 5,000 gns. Poorly drawn on first start for three months.
Two years since his last win but down to a more attractive mark lately and his penultimate run suggested his turn might be near. May have had too much use made of him last time and regular rider back on board here. 4-9 in this grade.
Has won five times around Epsom and, although 0-22 on AW circuits, he has taken a liking to this venue judged on his last two visits. The switch back to 7f should help, but his task is made harder by the draw.
Beaten a total of 40L in two starts since his switch from James Tate's yard and has plenty on his plate.
Triple AW winner during the summer. Below those levels on both runs following a layoff and he is probably better in a lower grade than this.
Both wins have come at Southwell but her form has gone off the boil in four starts since a break and hard to make a case for at present. Visor on this time.

Critical Thinking (5/2), Grey Galleon (9/2), Evening Attire (5/1), Espresso Freddo (7/1), Wilson (7/1), Kodiline (8/1), Bernie's Boy (11/1), Highland Acclaim (12/1), Helen Sherbet (16/1), Militry Decoration (20/1), De Little Engine (20/1), Real Estate (33/1)
EVENING ATTIRE should be a good price and he has the early speed to overcome a wide draw. He appeared to be coming to hand two runs ago but had too much use made of him on his next start. With regular pilot Hollie Doyle back on board he could prove difficult to catch in this company. Wilson exploited a good draw to score here last time and the handicapper has taken a generous view. Bernie's Boy may improve for the return to this trip and Critical Thinking is holding his form well. Grey Galleon will appreciate the likely pace and faster track and is another to enter calculations in an open event.
- Evening Attire
- Wilson
- Grey Galleon
