Purchased for £240,000 at the Cheltenham March sale, ONTHEROPES is likely to be all the rage in the closing contest of the first Fairyhouse meeting of the year. The gelding, running for leading trainer/jockey combination of Willie and Patrick Mullins can see off the attentions of the Gordon Elliott-trained, Multifactorial, the J P McManus-owned, Castle Oliver and Noel Meades, Battle Of Midway.
