Carries a 7lb penalty for her 8L win at Southwell (3m novices handicap, good) in May and has run well at this track previously (2m3f); will probably find a couple stronger.
Cost £100,000 in April 2017 after winning an Irish PTP at Inch (3m, good); runner-up on her belated reappearance at Fakenham (2m4f, good to soft) 27 days ago, and should be stronger for that race.
Made a promising hurdles debut at Ludlow (2m5f+ soft) in December 2017 when finishing a staying on second to the now 133-rated Chilli Filli. However, has evidently had issues and bled from the nose when pulled up on seasonal reappearance at Bangor.
Started 80/1 when finishing 12th of 13 in a 2m bumper here (good) in November; significant improvement needed on hurdles debut; stablemate of Hot Smoked.
Minor promise in bumpers but was struggling from the fifth flight on hurdles debut over C&D (finished 11th of 17 to Nestor Park) last month; stablemate of Eastern Promises.
Took a backward step on her second hurdles start at Ludlow (2m5f+, soft) 12 days ago and shouldn't be troubling the market principals here based upon that evidence.
PTP winner who cost £60,000 in April; won her bumper (2m, good) in pleasing style at this track in November, and ran as well as could be expected on hurdles debut at Wincanton (2m5f mares' maiden) when beaten 3½L by Danse Idol.
Stablemate of Yellow Dockets; PTP winner (sold for £28,000); runner-up over C&D on hurdles/stable debut in November, and in contention when falling three out (4/5f) at Leicester latest; respected, albeit evidently not a stable leading light.
Closely related to the bumper and 2m-2m6f hurdles winner Spirit Of Kayf; hasn't shown up prominently in either start so far (bumper and a maiden hurdle). That said, it's still early days and she's in excellent hands.
Shock 40/1 runner-up on debut in a Bangor bumper (Yellow Dockets fourth) in May and pitched in deeper at Aintree next time; low-key on hurdles debut at Ludlow (2m, soft) earlier this month.
Stablemate of She Mite Bite; runner-up in sole PTP start (sold for £30,000); demonstrated signs of inexperience in spring bumpers at Towcester and Bangor; could fare better now upped in trip and switched to hurdles; seasonal reappearance.
Forecasts
Printing Dollars (5/4), She Mite Bite (4/1), Yellow Dockets (9/2), Diva Reconce (6/1), La Fille Francaise (12/1), Copper Gone West (14/1), Sixty's Belle (25/1), Teme Spirit (33/1), Hot Smoked (80/1), Presenting Rio (100/1), Eastern Promises (100/1)
The market should be useful in assessing the claims of the Nicky Henderson-trained duo She Mite Bite and Yellow Dockets, with the sneaking suspicion that we've not witnessed the best of the latter-named on a racecourse just yet. La Fille Francaise (120-rated) and Diva Reconce should prove capable of winning more races with time, but the tentative selection in an open race is PRINTING DOLLARS. She has experience of Warwick (won her bumper here) and shaped reasonably well in finishing second to a fair Paul Nicholls-trained runner (Danse Idol) on hurdles debut at Wincanton.
- Printing Dollars
- She Mite Bite
- Yellow Dockets
