Winner over hurdles and fences in his nine race race career in France but this looks a tough ask on debut for leading connections.
Looked the likeliest winner when falling at the last in the Irish Gold Cup at Leopardstown in February but has been clearly out of sorts since. Winner of this race race 12-months ago and no surprise to see him bounce back here.
Smart form when fourth in Ballymore at Cheltenham Festival in March behind Samcro. Winner on return to action at Clonmel earlier this month and can go well once again if jumping fluently.
Last seen getting as far as the second in the Cheltenham Gold Cup in March and makes an interesting switch back to hurdles here and appears to be the choice of stable jockey.
Gallant but inconsistent type and has won four of his 16 hurdle starts with his last win coming over two years ago at Naas. Needs to play a part in the finish.
