Placed here over hurdles (3m, soft) last year and has a squeak from this mark based on that and his next run. Will need to be much better than he was on his chase/stable debut at Hexham however.
Weakened tamely out of it when just 13-2 on his chase debut at Sedgefield last month. Shorter trip may help, but looks one to watch this time.
Won over hurdles at both Taunton and Plumpton (3m/3m1f) with cut in the ground in the spring. Has since has wind surgery and sent off at 11-2 but pulled up on heavy at Newton Abbot chase debut. Can't write him off after that and remains of interest.
Completed a hurdling hat-trick last winter, the last of them off this mark. Has a clear chance based on his next start, which came over fences from 7lb higher, but out of sorts since and needs to bounce right back.
Maiden who showed improved form when 7L second here over 2m3½f (soft) on chase debut recently. 2lb drop won't harm and he could be thereabouts.
10-race maiden who showed a bit of ability over hurdles last season. Well held in both chase runs so far. 5lb drop will help, as could this step up in trip, so it would be no surprise to see him finish much closer.
Brother to a 2m3f chase winner and although he hasn't shown much over hurdles, he may go on to better things now going chasing. Market check probably prudent.
Arrives seeking a four-timer after two wins at Hexham punctuated by a Doncaster success. Up another 6lb for latest success, but with 29L back to the third, there may still be another success in him.
Arrives in good form after wins at Uttoxeter in October (3m, good to soft) and more recently, Warwick (3m, soft). Up 6lb for the latter, and unexposed, but more needed to add another success.
Came good over hurdles on his stable debut at Hexham (2m7½f, heavy) on Thursday. Same mark for this chase debut, and while not ruled out, the chasing experience of others in the line-up looks more attractive.
Respectable chase debut here earlier in the month, when 13L third (2m3½f, soft). 10lb out of the handicap here, so will need a fair bit of improvement if he is to get competitive.

Forecasts
Sounds Of Italy (3/1), Inchcolm (7/2), Le Drapeau (7/1), Dontdelay (7/1), Moving In Style (8/1), Triopas (8/1), Another Day Done (12/1), Durbanville (14/1), Ashes Corner (20/1), Graystown (25/1), Monsieur Bagot (25/1), Younoso (33/1)
Moving In Style remains of interest despite a flop last time, which could have been on account of the heavy ground. He could bounce back, while Sounds Of Italy, Another Day Gone and Le Drapeau are all potential contenders. However, INCHCOLM is in the form of his life and with 3lb claimed to help offset another 6lb rise, he may well be capable of extending his winning run.
- Inchcolm
- Moving In Style
- Le Drapeau
