Promising 12L fourth to an impressive winner in a Ffos Las (soft) bumper a month ago. One to note in this contest.
Unraced son of Shantou bought for €85,000 as a three-year-old last year. Half-brother to the useful Space Cadet and is an interesting contender on debut.
Unraced Dahjee gelding out of an unraced daughter of Luso. Probably best watched on his first visit to the racecourse.
Impressive 10L winner of a maiden point-to-point over 3m at Larkhill (good-to-soft) in March. Represents a useful yard and wears a hood on debut under Rules.
Stepped up on debut effort when winning a soft-to-heavy ground point-to-point in Ireland back in February. Market support would be notable on debut under Rules.
Unraced son of Yeats purchased for €72,000 at the sales in 2015. Dam unraced but well related and he is an interesting contender on debut.
Struggled in a point-to-point and it was a similar story on Rules debut last time out. Cheekpieces tried for the first time.
Signs of ability when sixth in a good ground bumper over this C&D in June. Had wind surgery since and is fitted with a tongue tie for the first time.
Decent 16L third in a six runner heavy ground bumper over C&D in April. Struggled next time out however and debuting for a new yard.
Forecasts
King Roland (8/11), Super Mac (4/1), Farrants Way (6/1), Stung For Cash (8/1), Don Juan Du Gouet (12/1), Ikeja (16/1), My Foxy Lady (25/1), Slaine (40/1), Watar Allstar (80/1)
DON JUAN DU GOUET ran a promising race behind an impressive winner on debut last time and with improvement likely he can get off the mark at the second time of asking in the concluding bumper. Point-to-point winner King Roland represents a good yard and he can finish runner-up on his debut under Rules while third place can go to the unraced Super Mac.
