Made is 2/2 at Newcastle when holding on gamely there over this trip last time. Given a short break on the back of that and has work to do here from a 4lb higher mark conceding weight all round.
Previous C&D winner off 2lb lower back in February. Likely to try and make the running here from stall 3 and won't be easy to pass if fit and ready to go on the back of a seven-month break.
Not in the best of form when last seen on turf in the summer but won on the AW four times last winter. On a decent mark returning from a break and could well bounce back to form here if fit and ready to go.
Winner off this mark at Chelmsford back in September. Not quite so good the last twice over 7f and looks a player if back to best over this trip.
Sole victory came here in a maiden over 7f. Well held over that trip here last time (just ahead of Merhoob). Drop in trip asks another question but has form over it. Others have stronger claims.
Has bounced back to form the last twice and finished a close third at Newcastle two weeks ago when sent off favourite. Nudged up 1lb for that but a player once again if in the same mood.
Better efforts the last twice when racing prominently over this trip at Kempton. Slightly disappointing that he got picked off last time having been so well backed. Faces competition for the lead here which makes life tougher.
Very useful when on song (Ayr Bronze Cup winner in 2015) but has been a long way off that of late. Ignore last run when virtually pulled up. Player on best form but will need a big turnaround.

Forecasts
Glenamoy Lad (2/1), Mayyasah (7/2), El Hombre (9/2), Desert Doctor (9/2), Something Lucky (6/1), Mickey (9/1), Merhoob (11/1), Reflektor (16/1), Go Far (66/1)
This should be run at a good clip and Reflektor is likely to make a bold bid to make all from an inside draw. It may well set up for a closer and EL HOMBRE can gain compensation for some near misses. If Go Far could bounce back to his best he would have very strong claims.
- El Hombre
- Reflektor
- Go Far
