The mare POLLY DOUGLAS won over C&D last month and can come on for that success despite the 5lb rise in the weights. The five-year-old can see off the attentions of another last time out C&D winner, Amanaat and the former Simon Crisford trained, Stanhope. Distance winner Nigg Bay and ex-Kevin Ryan five-year-old, Laughton are worthy of consideration.
