Good second in a handicap hurdle over an extended 2m4f at Southwell (good) on his penultimate start. Cheekpieces tried following a slightly disappointing effort at Hereford (good) subsequently.
Not gone on from promising third in a 2m novice hurdle at Warwick (good) in September and was pulled up over an extended 2m5f on handicap debut at Hereford (good) last time out.
Maiden hurdle winner for Gordon Elliott and ran a decent race when fourth over 2m7f at Exeter (good-to-soft) on debut for this yard last month. One to note int his contest.
Bumper and AW winner when with Nicky Henderson and put in couple decent efforts since joining this yard. Upped in trip returning to handicaps following a 21L fifth over an extended 1m7f at Wincanton (good-to-firm) in October.
Promising third in a soft ground novice hurdle here in December and ran well at Ludlow the following month. Below par in two handicap starts however including on seasonal debut and first start since wind surgery last time out.
Five time winner on the Flat and currently rated 90 in that sphere. Represents a useful yard and is one to note on handicap debut having placed in novice company on soft ground last season.
