Half-brother to a hurdles winner but has shown only moderate form in three bumpers to date. This is a weak enough event to give her place chances if jumping with some fluency on hurdles debut, though.
Travelled well at Southwell and finished her race off fine to finish a close enough third, form that gives her every chance if she can repeat it here. Looks a leading candidate.
Has shown some ability in maiden hurdles on her last two starts, certainly enough to take a hand in this if she can progress a bit, but equally has looked a weak finisher and as such, needs to settle a bit better early.
Bumper winner at Sedgefield in April and rather thrown in at the deep end on hurdles debut at Newbury last month. Still showed ability and this is an awful lot easier, so with conditions fine, looks a leading player.
Half-sister to three winners in the useful Surtee Du Berlais, Report To Base and Rosie Du Berlais, so makes some appeal on that, but a little disconcerting to see the cheekpieces applied for her debut today.
Winner over 10f on the Flat at Chepstow in July but backward steps since then and she's only beaten a handful of horses home on her last three starts. Makes minimal appeal here.
Forecasts
Ceara Be (11/10), It's O Kay (2/1), Cut And Run (9/2), Show Of Force (16/1), Ruby Du Berlais (25/1), Avonmore (50/1)
It's O Kay is probably the one to beat, and will find this company a lot less taxing than the one she kept at Newbury last time, but CEARA BE showed more than enough at Southwell to think she can shake her up and might be able to come out on top. Cut And Run will hold a better chance if she can settle early on.
