1L second in a bumper here in January for Donald Whillans and not far off that on only run since at Perth (debut for this trainer). Bred to do well over hurdles at this trip, so one to note in the market here.
Won a heavy ground Kelso bumper at his third attempt in February. Last seen down the field in an Aintree Grade 2 in April. Bred to jump, so is another interesting newcomer to note in the market here.
Multiple Flat winner over 1m1f-1m2f, all with soft in the going description. 50-1 and not devoid of promise over hurdles on debut at Sedgefield recently. Will probably need to improve on that, but an each-way player.
Debut Irish point-to-point winner two years ago, but has had just one rules run since then, when last in a Punchestown bumper in April. Makes hurdles debut with a bit to prove.
Didn't show a huge amount in two bumpers last season. Could do better over hurdles, so is another one to check for any market confidence here on debut.
Didn't need to be as good as his debut third to win a Down Royal bumper for Edward Harty in June. Cost £39,000 in August and looks interesting on his hurdles/stable debut.
Couldn't get competitive in three bumpers. Has since had wind surgery. Da won over this trip as a hurdler, so potential for a competitive debut with tongue-tie fitted for the first time.
Couldn't win a point-to-point, but landed a bumper on his second rules start at Musselburgh in March. Respectable hurdles debut (in hood) back there recently. Can build on that and be a major player here.
Showed very little in three Irish AW Flat runs. Plenty to prove on hurdles debut.

Forecasts
Dali Mail (2/1), Sporting Press (5/2), Peters Cousin (11/4), Golden Drumlee (11/2), Bluefortytwo (6/1), Dark Ruler (11/1), Not The Chablis (12/1), Pinspot (25/1), Into The Breach (40/1), Elusive Intrusive (50/1)
The hurdles debut run by PETERS COUSIN gives cause for a fair degree of optimism that Nicky Richards' mare can go one better this time, while Sporting Press could emerge as a serious threat. Pinspot could make a nice debut, while Dark Ruler can't be ruled out. Newcomers Bluefortytwo, Dali Mail, Into The Breach and Not The Chablis are all worth noting in the market.
