Beat Jaunty Thor (four-time winner since) in April when bouncing back from some dire efforts. Mark looks reasonable enough but yard's horses have been looking in need of a run.
Dual hurdles winner whose last victory came two years ago. Has gone well here on the Flat but returns from a six month absence and stable's horses have been quiet lately.
Landed a Kempton novice hurdle in January 2016 and has only had three runs since. Dropped in class having moved from Oliver Sherwood, but the run will surely be needed.
Headgear (cheekpieces and blinkers) appeared to have perked him up earlier this year. Up 5lb for solid run last time and a visor given a go.
Back to form at Uttoxeter three weeks ago and up 5lb for that. Mark still within a range he can compete from, particularly with a return to this trip in his favour.
Forced Jenkins to pull out all the stops at Ffos Las a couple of seasons ago. Has failed to replicate that since but with a small yard that are capable of bringing him back.
Winner over hurdles in Ireland but moderate of late and joined yard cheaply during the summer. Tailed off on stable debut and best watched for now.
Course winner who signalled a return to form here last time. Up 4lb but as a 2m winner on the Flat there is more to come now up in trip.
Modest Flat maiden has shown a similar level of ability in three starts over hurdles. Opening mark requires plenty of improvement on what she has shown so far.
Had some fair from in point-to-points but has struggled to rediscover that ability under rules. Tailed off when pulled up last time and serious questions to answer.
Seven-time Flat/hurdles winner is just 1lb above last winning mark. Has bounced back from poor performances before, but still hard to be confident she can drag herself back from such a low point.
Point-to-point winner who was highly tried on return last month. Showed some ability in novice company last season, but he has stopped too quickly for comfort on last two outings.
Returns for another crack at hurdling, just his fifth since debuting in 2014. Hard to fancy on first run for five months.
Bumper winner has been soundly beaten in three starts over hurdles. Not overburdened as a result on handicap debut and worth noting for a market move with champion jockey on board for first time.
C&D runner-up in a much better race in January. Was running to a more consistent level then, but has been chasing lately and was pulled up after a couple of errors last time.
Has shown enough in point-to-points and over hurdles to be a threat off this mark if shrewd yard have got him ready. Definitely one to note in the market for a race as poor as this.
Modest ex-pointer who has achieved little under rules and arrives on the back of an unsuccessful chase debut. Having first run in a handicap hurdle but mark looks harsh judged on his achievements to date.

Forecasts
Mere Anarchy (9/4), Rose Of Cimarron (8/1), Knight Commander (8/1), Lerichi Belle (9/1), The Mighty Ash (9/1), Sandford Castle (10/1), Radical Archie (12/1), Itsamanslife (14/1), Fortia (14/1), Rebel Commander (16/1), A Bold Move (16/1), Legend Lady (20/1), Great Fairy (25/1), What A Scorcher (33/1), Kings Watch (33/1), Foxy Lass (50/1), Ayla's Emperor (66/1), Anton Chigurh (66/1)
Knight Commander and Mere Anarchy will be supported having indicated a return to form last time and both are likely to fare better at this trip. Fortia and ROSE OF CIMARRON drop into handicap company for the first time. The latter makes more appeal with Richard Johnson taking the reins and her bumper form indicating she may be better than her initial hurdles runs indicate. Lerichi Belle has the ability to win this but she has become less reliable lately, whilst Sandford Castle would be hard to ignore if there are positive signs in the market.
- Rose Of Cimarron
- Mere Anarchy
- Lerichi Belle
