Struggled in two starts since falling in a 2m7f Grade 2 at Haydock (heavy) in February. Tongue and cheekpieces worn at Sandown in April are absent on this occasion.
Returning from a lengthy absence when finishing 3L second at Perth (3m, good) in September. One to note with cheekpieces tried for the first time.
Decent sixth in a competitive Grade 3 handicap chase at Aintree (3m1f, soft) in April. Worth a check in the market back over hurdles on seasonal debut.
Good ground handicap chase winner over an extended 3m1f at Warwick in September. Pulled up at Cheltenham subsequently but remains of interest back over hurdles.
Completed a four-timer when winning by 1L at Fontwell (2m3f, good-to-soft) in October. Decent fourth off this mark subsequently and represents a top yard.
Ran well in finishing fourth in a valuable Grade 3 handicap at Chepstow (good) over an extended 2m3f a month ago. Repeat of that should see him play a hand in the finish.
Failed to complete on his last three starts including when brought down at Cheltenham a fortnight ago. Probably best watched at present.
Winner of his last two hurdles including when finishing solo in a match at Bangor (good) last time out. Step up in distance should suit and he is worth a check in the market on handicap debut.
Good fourth in a valuable Grade 3 handicap hurdle at Newbury (soft) in February. Winner on the Flat since and is one to note in this contest.
Bidding to complete a hat-trick following wins at Fakenham (2m4f, good) and last time out at Fontwell (2m3f, good-to-firm). Races off a mark 7lb higher than for his most recent success.
Winner of three races in April last year. Failed to complete in two subsequent starts however including when unseating at Ludlow (2m4f, good) on chase debut in May.
Victorious over an extended 2m5f on good-to-soft going at Wincanton in April. Good efforts in defeat twice subsequently and has had wind surgery since finishing third at Worcester (2m4f, good) in July.
Ran well when finishing third over 3m2f at Warwick (soft) back in January last year. Disappointed at Ascot the following month and drops slightly in trip on his return from a lengthy absence.
