Plenty of letters on his CV, but also a couple of wins in amongst those less flattering form figures, including when gamely fending off yesterday's Sedgefield winner Kovera at Southwell (3m, good) latest; subsequent 6lb rise looks fair.
Badly out of sorts in recent starts but won five in a row over C&D in 2017 (on good to heavy), the last of them being from 1lb higher. Clearly has a bit to prove, but difficult to rule him out back at this venue.
Hit the deck early on at Kelso recently after a respectable 3L second to Bafana Blue over C&D (good) previously; competes from an identical handicap mark under similar conditions, so must go close granted a clear round.
Stable not quite hit anything like top gear this autumn, but this 8yo ran very well when beaten 6L by Toosey at Ayr (3m, good) 11-days ago, and does know how to win races over fences (3-15); much respected.
Back to winning ways (20/1) when gamely fending off recent Kelso winner Chanceiton (runs later) over C&D in June (3m, good), and looked to be in need of the run at Carlisle (2m4f) recently; still feasibly handicapped.
C&D winner for Micky Hammond in May (good), beating Spinning Scooter by just under 2L; 3lb higher now, but work to do with Attention Please based on Ayr form (a race which represented his debut for Tristan Davidson).
Veteran who is usually a reliable performer at this track (beat Rose Dobbin's Smugglers Stash by 1¾L in this race in 2017); 25/1 when a 19L runner-up to Misfits on soft ground here last month; plenty more required.
Made all to deliver a knockout punch to K O Kenny over hurdles at Southwell (3m, soft) in February, but doesn't look to be the hardiest and most reliable of performers; pulled up on last chasing start in January; look elsewhere.
His sole win came off a similar mark at Newcastle (2m6f handicap hurdle) in January 2017, but the handicapper crushed his chances for many a moon thereafter; has bits and pieces of fair C&D chase form; making his first start since May; other days.
Continues to show very little in the way of worthwhile rules form (0-10) and won't be winning today, or anytime soon from so far out of the handicap; no chance barring accidents or unforeseen circumstances.

Inchcolm (2/1), Arizona Bound (6/1), Dartford Warbler (7/1), Attention Please (7/1), Corner Creek (7/1), Moorstown (8/1), Frank The Slink (17/2), Mcginty's Dream (11/1), Hattons Hill (14/1), Houndscourt (33/1), Thedfactor (100/1)
A typically competitive 3m handicap chase with past Hexham form plentiful. However, this picturesque track is an unknown for one of the main form horses, the Rose Dobbin-trained Attention Please, but assuming this otherwise solid 8yo takes to the undulating course, he shouldn't be too far away. Dartford Warbler will benefit for the Carlisle run and remains feasibly treated, whilst a 6lb rise looks fair for Corner Creek (a faller here previously) based upon his beating of yesterday's Sedgefield winner Kovera. However, the preferred option is ARIZONA BOUND. He is the clear pick of the Lucinda Russell pair and should be in the shake up granted a clear round.
- Arizona Bound
- Attention Please
- Dartford Warbler
