Winless in 13 starts for this yard including eight starts here. Only beat one rival in last two starts (turf) combined so rates a very risky proposition.
C&D winner had a summer break but again showed his liking for this surface/course with a good second over 7f followed by a close fourth latest over C&D. Sure to go well and cheekpieces a possible help.
Starts out for another new yard, his third so far after nine starts on 2018 which have all seen him unplaced. Top trainer capable of improving them but still looks a risky proposition.
Winless in nine 2018 starts but on the premises a few times earlier in the season. Last couple of races here both a little unlucky so can be forgiven to some extent and overall level of form certainly among the strongest here.
Beaten 11L, 14L and 13½L in three turf starts to date in novice events. This likely a level down from that but would have hoped to see more encouragement by now.
Lone career win came over C&D last December. Form since pretty patchy on the whole and latest sixth of 14 over 7f here would give here a bit to find with best form in 2018 generally over further.
26 race maiden was well down the field last time out here in a maiden and despite marginally better AW form he's easy enough to pass over given his lowly official rating.
A little better than bare form suggested over C&D last time out despite finishing 10th given his very slow start. 4lb better off with fourth place Eacharn today so should close the gap on that rival and has place claims.
Only win in France in 2016 and not really showed a great deal for current connections. AW run was similarly moderate but it must be said that he has largely been campaigned in stronger races than this so far.
Long way from the force of old and continued run of declining form last time out when last here over 7f with no obvious excuses. Hard to fancy on the back of that.
Starts out for new connections after a very ordinary 2018 campaign culminating in a 30L ninth over 1m6f at Musselburgh. Drastic change in distance here and has won on AW albeit back in 2015.
Long standing maiden was beaten 27L over 5½f last time on turf after a similarly poor effort here the time before. Would be a big surprise if she gets involved.

Captain Power (5/4), Marylebone (5/1), Eacharn (7/1), Piper Bomb (7/1), Ar Saoirse (12/1), Captain Dion (12/1), Forza Libranno (14/1), Seanie (16/1), Approbare (20/1), Heir of Excitement (25/1), Madame Fair (50/1), Arcanecho (66/1), Mystical Affair (66/1)
CAPTAIN POWER is comfortably the top rated horse in this field and despite a disappointing campaign he has a very good chance at the weights to end the winless streak. Eacharn can boast the best recent form so he rates a clear danger with strong form overall on this surface. Ar Saoirse had excuses latest behind Eacharn and can be expected to be much closer this time.
