Six-time course winner (four C&D) returned from a break here last month when seventh over C&D. That may have been needed as a pipe-opener so expecting a bold bid this time around.
Killarney winner in August could only manage seventh next time out with a 7lb rise but gets 2lb back now so ought to fare a little better if effective on AW (one run so far).
C&D maiden winner last season started a belated 2018 campaign with a good second at Roscommon but has registered two lesser efforts since. Return to this surface offers hope but risky after last two.
Six-time AW winner, all over 6f although he has won over 7f on turf. Only 2lb higher than last visit here when he won after three lesser turf runs since. Likely to fare better now but nagging doubt remains over the trip.
Over two years since his lone win but gone well here before and was last seen running on well over 6f at Laytown on the beach. AW surface clearly suits and no doubt he's now on a very winnable mark so rates a leading player.
Seven-time turf winner (six over 6f) but yet to score on AW. In decent form overall until latest disappointment and last AW run in 2017 was uninspiring so others now preferred.
Close third here penultimately which represented an improved effort before his latest seventh over 1m. Past AW winner at Wolverhampton so perhaps this surface suits and therefore not ruled out now.
Won final start for Kevin Ryan over 6f at Wolverhampton (AW) before joining these connections. Starts out with first crack at 7f and if he stays it he should be thereabouts based on recent form.
Dual C&D winner won with plenty in hand last time out over 1m at Naas in a competitive 16 runner handicap. Raised 7lb for that run but such was his superiority he rates a leading player again here.
Almost two years since her lone success at Chelmsford and despite some fair efforts her last three were all unplaced when last seen in the summer so plenty of doubts now.
Not the most consistent sort but bounced back from a poor run when a never nearer fourth over C&D here last time out. Only 3lb higher than last winning mark so not out of this but others appeal more.
Just the two races in 2018 but the latest, after another absence was encouraging enough where he finished 10th of 23 at Navan. Should strip fitter now and could be very well treated based on best form of 2017.
Beaten 7L into 11th here last time out on her handicap debut and hadn't showed a great deal before that in maidens. Needs a good bit more now.

CONFRONTATIONAL ran an excellent race at Laytown latest and looked sure to appreciate an extra 1f so he gets the nod now with a clear preference for AW surfaces. Impressive Naas winner Nam is an obvious danger based on that form and Arbourfield should go close now second run after a layoff.
