Promise in first three races and after a lengthy absence he stepped into handicap company last week with an emphatic win at Chelmsford over 7f. 6lb penalty but value for at least that and barring the dreaded bounce he has an excellent chance.
Dual AW winner and returned to form for a return to the surface when second over 1m1½f at Wolverhampton last time out. Same mark today so must be considered here with drop in trip not an obvious issue.
C&D winner would have to be called a disappointment on stable debut at Ascot (10th of 11) after proving consistent for David Elsworth. Still quite lightly raced however and if bouncing back to form he won't be far away.
Moderate strike rate overall and recent performances been rather in and out with a good second here followed by a midfield run at Chelmsford latest. Capable off this mark but not one to be confident in.
Clear promise and progress in third start last season when second over 1m at Lingfield. Belated return saw him well fancied for a 1m2f handicap at Newmarket but he was last and almost pulled up. Risky proposition after that.
Three runs here all seen him finish second including twice over C&D. Stayed on well last time out, only going down by 1½L. 2lb higher now but clearly relishes this surface so has to be considered.

SALUTE THE SOLDIER looked an improved sort when winning impressively at Chelmsford on handicap debut and Clive Cox turns him out quickly here under a penalty which may well prove to see him well treated. Skydiving down the other end of the weights looks the main danger and he is clearly better here than anywhere else. Consistent sort Plunger will go well too and he isn't without a chance.

- Skydiving
