Promise on first two starts, and improved when 5L second of 12 to Azano in 7f novice at Yarmouth last time. Still learning there, and type to progress again in nurseries.
Runner-up over 6f here in August, but better form when 1¼L third of 9 to Lincoln Park in 6f nursery at Pontefract last time, keeping on. That run suggests he's worth another try at this trip.
Returned from a short break to win on nursery bow at Wolverhampton (7f) from 5lb lower, but couldn't repeat that effort on turf last time. Return to tapeta could help, but form of penultimate race not really working out.
All runs on testing ground, running well when second of 7 to Wild Edric in 6f novice at Chester in September. Well below that level in a nursery at Haydock last time, and bit to prove now.
Not best placed when fifth of 10 in a 7f nursery at Yarmouth last time (wearing a visor for first time), but he looks exposed after seven runs, and improvement needed on balance of form.
Has been catching the eye over shorter, finishing with running left over 5f at Wolverhampton on penultimate start. Respectable fifth of 12 in a 6f nursery at Catterick last time, and may eke out more in a first-time hood.
Forecasts
Frederickbarbarosa (5/6), My Boy Lewis (7/2), Zip (13/2), Diva D (10/1), Picture Poet (16/1), Pinarella (16/1)
A fairly uncompetitive nursery, and one which ought to go the way of FREDERICKBARBAROSA, who has been shaping up well despite signs of inexperience in his three runs to date. His stamina for this trip is a slight concern, but My Boy Lewis looks best of the others, ahead of Pinarella, who could do better now stepping up in trip.
