Behind Reckless Lad in this contest 12-months ago. Worth a market check in first-time blinkers and with the yard boasting a terrific 42% win and place strike rate at this venue in late October/early November meets.
Kept to turf since joining current yard over 18-months ago but went well here for trainer Augustine Leahy, twice beaten a neck and 1L in five starts at the course. Could be capable of having a say here.
Settling in at Navan of late but is a course winner here and not beaten far on return to this surface last month. Currently races off a 6lb lower mark than his last success and holds strong place claims.
C&D winner and is on a dangerous mark considering three decent runs last month here and now 8lb lower than last winning mark. Not easily dismissed.
Fitting of a visor a couple of starts back have registered an improvement in form for the gelding. May have to settle for a place once again.
Triple C&D winner though last of those victories came over 18-months ago off an 18lb higher mark. Clearly regressing but not disgraced in any runs since September.
Successful 1m½f Galway winner on soft ground who stopped quickly at Roscommon over 1m2f in similar conditions before finishing last of 12 at Gowran Park when last seen in September. Tough ask on AW debut.
Winner of three of his 11 starts round here last winter including this contest 12-months ago. Seven from 38 overall here and yard boast a 35% win and place strike rate here early October/late November.
Ran winner Luna's Luck to 2¼L off a similar mark here last month on AW debut. Likely to improve for the run and one to note in the betting.
Generally well held and no impression in a couple of starts here and appears easily resistible in first-time blinkers on those AW returns.
Won a Naas claimer last month over this trip on good ground seeing off the attentions of 13 rivals and Santorini Sun by a head. C&D winner here and one for the shortlist here.
Model of consistency who followed up his recent win here over C&D with a couple of decent decent runs behind Truffles at the Galway festival before running poorly over this trip on a couple of occasions. Dangerous back here.
Got off the mark on turf at the 17th time of asking when landing a Thurles 1m handicap last month. C&D winner here in February off a similar mark. One to watch in the market.
Six-race maiden for trainer Richard Hannon and not seen for over 12-months. Watching brief on debut for new connections here.

Atlas (2/1), Georgian Bay (7/2), Reckless Lad (6/1), Pari Passu (12/1), Beau Satchel (12/1), Hasselnott (14/1), Red Avenger (16/1), Art Of Unity (16/1), Tennesse Waltz (20/1), Mister Dancer (25/1), Miss Zizi (25/1), Yamato (33/1), Dani's Boy (50/1), Dandiesque (66/1)
Wide open claimer with many that could go well at a price. PARI PASSU is back on a mark that saw him win over C&D in February and the New Approach gelding can once again get in to the winners enclosure here holding off the attentions of Miss Zizi and the rock solid C&D pair Reckless Lad and Beau Satchel. The Mick Halford-trained Yamato and and Denis Hogans, Atlas should not be easily dismissed.
- Pari Passu
- Beau Satchel
- Atlas
