Won two chases (on good/good to soft up to 2m3½f) in the spring. Looked to have been found out by 7lb rise on recent reappearance at Ffos Las, so arrives with a bit to prove.
C&D winner on heavy in January, when 14lb lower. Not always consistent, but has produced a number of better efforts since then. Was beaten off a career-high mark last time and tries again from 4lb higher. More needed, but not ruled out.
Well placed to run up a hat-trick over hurdles for this stable in recent weeks (at up to 3m1f). 8lb rise to contend with now back over fences, but can't say that he won't handle it.
Won readily at Bangor on stable debut, and improved on that in spite of jumping errors at Wincanton last time. Should be more to come with a more fluent round and he could be capable of defying a 5lb rise.
Best form has been at Southwell and his last win was there back in April, when 6lb higher. Looks up against it after a break here.
Forecasts
Beau Sancy (15/8), Hepijeu (5/2), Zamparelli (3/1), Little Windmill (5/1), Ulis De Vassy (16/1)
BEAU SANCY was far from foot perfect but still produced an improved effort last time and he is taken to defy a further 5lb rise and complete a hat-trick. Hepijeu looks a contender once again, while Little Windmill and Zamparelli are not ruled out.
