Followed Windsor win with two close efforts at Goodwood in the Group 3 Prestige Stakes and a good handicap. That was a step forward but below that level at Doncaster. Could be involved if back to previous form.

Dubut winner at Lingfield who has a couple of smart efforts since in Listed company and the Group 3 Prestige Stakes. However well below that the last twice and others look stronger at present.

Oasis Dream filly who is a half-sister to Wild Illusion. Stepped up from winning debut to two good efforts in French Group races. Entered in Irish 1000 Guineas and sets a clear standard.

Made a pleasing debut at Salisbury and improved at the same course to break her maiden tag when stepped up to this distance, however this would require huge improvement to get involved.

Yet to finish outside the first three in five starts with three victories. Heads here off the back of a career-best win at Wolverhampton and worth the step up in class but this does require more.

Improved markedly on debut when winning at Goodwood and probably progressed on that when fourth in the Group 3 Oh So Sharp Stakes at Newmarket. More needed but is open to improvement.

Improved on her soft ground Nottingham maiden win (5f) when beaten under 5L in Listed company at Leopardstown. Failed to build on that in a Condtions contest last time and much more needed to feature in this grade.

Progressed with each run so far and broke through at Catterick in what was a demolition job. Looks ready to make the step up in class and can be in the mix. Stable won this in 2015 and 2016.

Progressive filly in winning four from eight and posted a career-best over a mile last time. Worth a step up from handicap company but the drop back to this trip may prove to be against her.

Age: 2|  Weight: 9-0| J: G Mosse| T: R Varian| OR:  89| BF
14/1
Debut winner who looked to be going the right way when fourth in the Group 3 Sweet Solera Stakes but was most disappointing at Leicester. This ground should suit better but needs to bounce back and progress again.

Zofelle100
Age: 2|  Weight: 9-0| J: Jim Crowley| T: H Palmer| D

Zoffany filly made an impressive winning debut beating the subsequent runner-up in the Group 3 Prestige Stakes. Absent since July but rates a filly with potential.

Forecasts

Ceratonia (11/4), Zofelle (9/2), Ice Gala (5/1), Iconic Choice (7/1), Aim Power (7/1), Glance (10/1), Concello (10/1), Impulsion (14/1), Clara Peeters (25/1), Gospel (25/1), Ajrar (33/1)

Verdict

Considering her trainer's recent record in the race and the manner of her success, Ice Gala shapes as though she can make the step up in grade. Zofelle also looked a filly going places when making a stylish winning debut and with the form having been franked since, she should also be able to make the transition. Preference though is for CERATONIA who has been highly-tried by her powerful stable and dropping down from Group company represents a suitable opportunity to gain a second win.
  1. Ceratonia
  2. Ice Gala
  3. Zofelle
