Two best efforts now have both come at Brighton. Won with something to spare there last time (7f, good). Riders claim here effectively makes him look pretty well-in on these terms and should go well again if taking to this track.
Still a maiden after 17 starts and starting to look pretty exposed on turf form. AW mark is a little lower but will need to put her best foot forward to be winning here.
Hasn't won for over two years now and mark has been in free fall as a result. She would have sound claims on these terms on the best of her form but hasn't shown that for a while now.
Hasn't won for over three years and her recent form leaves plenty to be desired. Hard to make any kind of case for her really.
One win from 36 starts tells its own story. Well held in weak handicaps this season and a minor role is likely once more.
Not the easiest of rides at times and the drop to this trip didn't suit at Brighton last time when comfortably beaten by Confrerie. Major work on to reverse that form.
No win since August 2015 (7f) and just 1-28 overall, so anything but top of the class material; finished ninth of 12 at Ffos Las last time and hasn't looked like a win is on the horizon.
Sole win came on the AW and has been running in much stronger races than this on the turf this summer. First-time blinkers added now and he will have strong claims if putting best foot forward.
Not beaten all that far here over 1m earlier in the year when off an higher rating. Looked in need of the run at Wolverhampton on return to action three weeks ago. Would have pretty clear claims if bouncing back to her best back in trip.
Only four starts so far this year and has been badly out of form. Would have decent claims if bouncing back to his best form in this contest but that is a big if.
C&D winner who has been running consistently well without wining of late. Those runs give her major claims on these terms and sure to be in the mix.
Seven starts so far and is really struggling to land a blow. His best efforts would make him interesting here but needs a sharp return to form to play a part.
Well held on handicap debut over 1m here last time. Hood applied now and needs improvement to be involved.
Forecasts
Navarra Princess (9/4), Tai Sing Yeh (3/1), Confrerie (13/2), Swot (7/1), Little Miss Kodi (12/1), Rivers Of Asia (16/1), Joust (20/1), Cool Echo (25/1), Hollywood Dream (25/1), Rising Sunshine (33/1), Phantom Warrior (33/1), Pesky Wabbitt (33/1), Mostashreqah (66/1)
Confrerie won well at Brighton last time and will have sound claims again here if in the same mood. There is a slight concern that his two bets runs have come at that track and this is very different. HOLLYWOOD DREAM is better than this grade on a going day and should have blown away the cobwebs at Wolverhampton last time. Her yard remain in good form and she should be a major player. Simialr comments can be applied to Joust and he would be a danger especially if the market speaks in his favour.
- Hollywood Dream
- Confrerie
