Comes here on a hat-trick of C&D wins following a double in a couple of starts since September and a 6lb lower mark. Another bold show looks likely.
The drop back to a mile did the trick at Killarney in August when battling on well to win off a 3lb lower mark. Market likely to be the best guide on AW debut.
Three defeats on the AW for trainer-Sylvester Kirk before a decent run behind Bittersweet over C&D earlier this month off a similar mark. Entitled to make the shortlist here.
Went well on turf during September but is without success here in 14 starts and hard to construct a case for the gelding.
C&D winner here on three occasions from 12 starts with last win coming in March off a 5lb higher mark. Recent form a concern but could bounce back in first-time cheekpieces.
Winner at the track and overall AW form is superior to the geldings turf returns. Place claims in first-time visor.
Moderate form and generally disappointing in five career starts including a 2¼L over 7f here on first run for three months. Dangerous if building on debut AW run.
22-race maiden and generally well held in three starts for yard since joining from Brian Ellison. Plenty to at present.
Seventh of 12 at 100/1 on sole start here. Worth a market check with yards runners returning a 60% strike rate since 2015 here with runners at this venue, early October/late November - three winners from five starts.
Well down the field in three dismal efforts since taking to the track in August. Easily resistible on current form.
Third of 11 here over 1m2½f in November registers as a 'one-off' and will need to raise overall performance here to play a role.
Well held when never nearer in three gloomy maiden efforts to date. Looks the sort awaiting low-level handicaps but easily passed over here.
Beaten 19L, 26L and 22L in three maidens to date. Steps into handicaps now with plenty to prove.
Running well in defeat this month at Naas and here over 1m2½f but overall look appears sketchy. First time tongue-tie unlikely to bring about the required amount of improvement needed to play a role here.

Bittersweet (11/4), Reverberation (7/2), Lady Boomerang (9/2), Finvarra (6/1), Rosenborg Rider (10/1), Vocal Relation (12/1), Lunastar (14/1), Banrion Fuar (16/1), Bonnington Lass (20/1), Doogan's Warren (25/1), Cosmic Symbol (25/1), Lady Rosebud (25/1), Lorente (33/1), Another Dressin (33/1), Rockafilly (33/1), Fianchetto (40/1), American Hustle (50/1)
The form of his defeat behind Aunty Audrey at Gowran Park last month looks solid enough to side with the chances of FINVARRA, from the Niall Madden yard who hold a 60% strike rate since 2015 here with runners at this venue, early October/late November - three winners from five starts. Distance winner Lady Boomerang and the hat-trick seeking c&d winner Bittersweet can prove to be the biggest dangers while Lady Rosebud, three time C&D winner could go well at a price.
- Finvarra
- Bittersweet
- Lady Rosebud
