15L winner of a three runner bumper at Perth (good) in June, he again showed signs of keeness on his second hurdles outing at Kelso (2m) a fortnight ago when finishing an improved 9L third to Noah And The Ark.
Reached a peak in the mid 80's on the Flat, often winning over staying trips on varying ground; hasn't enjoyed such a productive campaign in 2018, but deserves plenty of respect on hurdles debut.
11-race Flat maiden (52-rated); 50/1 when finishing a keeping on fifth of 14 (beaten over 22L) on hurdles debut at Cartmel (2m1f, good) in May; more required.
Bought for £10,000 in June; not wholly reliable in PTP's (often failed to complete), but was a winner for Colin Bowe at Necarne (3m, yielding) in May; not an overly taxing start to life under rules; market a guide.
Has shown the odd glimmer over hurdles (always looking likely to be more of a handicap prospect); that said, was bitterly disappointing in selling company at Southwell (2m) in July, so the jury is out at present.
Prolific Flat turf winner in Italy at around 1m earlier in his career, but has struggled on these shores since winning a Southwell claimer for Marco Botti (January 2017); not too many positives to take from his recent hurdles debut.
3-17 on the Flat (1m2f, Class 5 winner at Ayr in May); should prove capable of winning races over hurdles if able to prove his stamina; taken out of intended hurdles debut (ground) at Hexham last Saturday.
79-rated on the Flat, and twice a winner during July (1m1f-1m2f); has lacked fluency over hurdles so far (flattered by his Perth debut second - well beaten); too keen when a beaten favourite (behind Ask Paddington) at Kelso latest.
73-rated on the Flat; seemingly keen on some give underfoot (1m3f soft ground Carlisle winner on penultimate start), therefore drying conditions aren't ideal; unexposed over hurdles, beaten 24L (third) on sole attempt at Bangor in November 2017.

Forecasts
Kajaki (6/4), Remember The Days (5/1), Ask Paddington (11/2), Snookered (7/1), Rock N Rolla (15/2), Morraman (10/1), Mutawaasel (14/1), Dark Ruler (14/1), Regarde Moi (66/1), Leopard (66/1)
Rock N Rolla and Ask Paddington have previous hurdling experience, but neither horse has appeared to be anything out of the ordinary, with a tendency to over-race early proving to their detriment. Therefore, with other former Flat racers of a similar level of ability in the line-up, there's better value elsewhere. Snookered would've been more interesting on softer ground (trainer won this race in 2017), but these fast conditions should aid Remember The Days (taken out at a rain lashed Hexham last week). However, Kevin Ryan is perfectly adept with his limited supply of young hurdlers, so the newcomer KAJAKI gets a tentative nod.
