Weighted to turn the tables on Fire Jet on running in this 12 months ago, but needs to halt a downward slide with her yard not firing on all cylinders.
Tough mare with a good record here. Beat St Marys in this 12 months ago and significantly worse off, but arrives in much better shape than that rival. Still has to reverse Goodwood form with Elasia and that may be a tougher ask.
Progressive mare who beat Fire Jet at Goodwood. Appeared to have something in reserve and will take all the beating here.
Winning hurdler whose sole Flat win came over 1m2f. Doubts therefore she has the stamina for his and she looks poorly handicapped at present.
Consistent, reasonably handicapped, handles the ground and stays. Biggest question is whether she has the gears to come from off the pace in a race as strong as this.
No win since taking a 1m4f Ripon maiden for William Haggas in August 2017. Down to a reasonable mark but she has failed to stay this far on three previous attempts.
Wide margin winner at Goodwood has proved that to be no fluke on both starts since. A further 3lb rise for her latest defeat demands a career best in her toughest assignment to date.
Half-sister to yard's smart stayers Marmelo and Vent de Force so interesting moving up to this trip. Needs to improve as current mark has looked beyond her on two latest starts.
Has been campaigning in lower grades than this and her last three runs have been below the standard required.
