Not really managed to rise a challenge in five starts over fences this year, handicap mark on the decline as a result but must do better.
Scored over fences at Downpatrick in June but latest efforts have left a lot to be desired. Hard to fancy on most recent evidence.
Winner over this trip at Kilbeggan in August and narrowly denied follow-up there having gone up 5lb last month. Has another 3lb to contend with in a stronger race, but is in good heart and worth considering.
Unfortunate run at Listowel recently can be easily discounted and comes here entitled to make the shortlist following solid runs over fences since March.
Typically picking up his fair share of races since joining Gordon Elliott, including over fences at Punchestown a year ago. Twice scored over timber in Britain since August, though held in fourth when favourite back over larger obstacles at Perth.
Maiden over timber, improved on second chase start at Kilbeggan (2m4f, good) last month, needs another step forward going up in distance again now.
Veteran of six chase starts without success hitting the frame on just one occasion. Vast improvement needed to figure having been 30L in arrears at Ballinrobe in August.
Didn't have to improve to win 2m5f Sligo beginners' chase last time out, back up in distance now, raised 6lb, and 10-year-old faces tough test of his credentials.
Winner of a Limerick mares handicap chase in April 2017. Pulled up on return to the track following a six-month break in May on his last chase start. Likely to be better handicapped sorts lurking.
Yet to win in 13 starts over fences but shaped better last time at Navan (2m4f, good to firm) when finishing 4½L second of 12. Could have place claims again with 7lb claimer back up, if seeing out this longer trip (has stayed 2m7f over hurdles).

Consharon Boy (7/2), Freewheelin Dylan (4/1), De Name Escapes Me (11/2), King's Song (6/1), Sam King (6/1), Bosco Di Alco (8/1), Georges Conn (8/1), Riviera Sun (8/1), Shanpallas (10/1), Pillard (16/1), Ardera Cross (16/1), Cecil Corbett (20/1), Carole Rose (22/1)
FREEWHEELIN DYLAN was just denied a double-up at Kilbeggan last time and appeals as the sort to go well again here having crept up in the ratings for that close second. Conor Maxwell's mount seems as likely as any in this field. King's Song has been picking up prizes in Britain and is respected back here with his trainer in supreme form while Riviera Sun should find this is less taxing compared to the Blazers at Galway, in which he was fourth.
