Moderate when last seen under rules but bagged a hat-trick of point-to-points in 2017 and finished second in the Restricted Final at Stratford. Pulled up on sole point-to-point outing in 2018 and debuts for a new yard who are 5-12 in last fortnight

Four-time winner in this grade and has scored here three times. Well-handicapped on his best form but poor when last seen and it is Leighton Aspell who seems to get the best out of him.

Not a gifted jumper of fences and he has been absent since stopping quickly in the Lingfield mud last December.

Beginning to look one paced and the handicapper did him no favours after finishing second at Perth. Will need luck to win.

6-16 between the flags including two victories in 2018. Three runs in handicaps this term have not earned any respite from the assessor, but he should do better here now dropped in grade and stepping up in trip.

Verdict

Olly Murphy has built his reputation on acquisitions from other yards and it obviously surprised few when BEAU SANCY, who arrived from a yard with a five year NH record of 8-284, landed a huge gamble at Bangor on Wednesday. There was plenty in the tank that day and he can follow up at the expense of winning point-to-pointers Ruperra Tom and Pink Eyed Pedro.
  1. Beau Sancy
  2. Ruperra Tom
  3. Pink Eyed Pedro
