Fair Flat maiden who finished second on debut over hurdles at Fairyhouse on first run for this yard before another runner-up position in a Down Royal maiden when last seen in March. Leading player.
Second of 14 beaten a little over 1L in a Wexford maiden hurdle before finishing sixth of 12 when hampered at Listowel, both last month. Interesting that trainer 'gets' back on here.
Modest 62-rated Flat handicapper. Yard with just a 17% strike rate with their jumpers in the last five years and likely to need the run here.
Well beaten over 60L in a 2m Limerick bumper on heavy ground when last seen in March and likely to need the wisdom of a hurdling debut.
Gelding by Doyen out of a Fruits Of Love mare. Cost €33,000 as a three-year-old and half-brother to Kumbeshwar. Nothing of note on a dismal hurdling debut last month.
Well adrift of the exciting Dinons on a raid in a 2m4f novice hurdle at Sedgefield last month when last of five. Better expected here in a weaker contest.
70-rated handicapper on the Flat for trainer Dermot Weld and looks a long-term prospect for new connections following heavy defeats last month. Maybe of more interest handicapping.
Disappointing six-race maiden for trainer-John McConnell. Always towards rear in a couple of desolate maiden hurdle displays for new connections. Others preferred.
Jeremy gelding out of a Jimble mare. Half-brother to useful types Unison and Our Kylie as well as Triumph hurdle winner Our Conor. Will need to improve on disappointing debut at Tramore in August.
Regressing 62-rated handicapper on the Flat and an 11-race maiden who was last of eight in July at Naas. Others hold stronger profiles on hurdling debut.
Low-grade 45-rated handicapper on the Flat well held in six starts. Hard to see him making any significant impact on hurdling introduction.
17-race maiden under rules with 11 defeats coming on the over timber including a couple of heavy defeats this term. Looks opposable.
Nothing of note when finishing down the field in a number of gloomy displays in a summer jumping campaign. Plenty to find on recent offerings.

FREE RANGER appears the obvious choice based on his second on debut over hurdles at Fairyhouse on first run for this yard before another runner-up position in a Down Royal maiden when last seen in March. If the Lope De Vega gelding has improved any, he should see off the challenge of the interesting Denis Hogan trained/ridden Galtymore. The Gordon Elliott-trained Just A Boy and Joe The Crow from the Joseph O'Brien yard will need to improve to hit the frame here. Frankel gelding, Marine One is worthy of consideration on debut.
