Possibilities if returning to the form of her second over this C&D three runs back and drop in trip should help. However has still been way below-par on turf the last twice.
Seven-race maiden who ran well when third both over this C&D and a similar trip at Kempton. Disappointing over further at Haydock but not one to dismiss back here.
Former bumper performer who wasn't disgraced the last twice on the Flat. Extra distance likely to help but more required on handicap debut.
In flying form in winning four from five for new stable. Has hit the line as though this trip will suit and only defeat was still a good run off a slow pace. Likely to go close.
Nine-race maiden but runner-up the last twice over this C&D. Up another 2lb but is still improving and consistent. Should be competitive again.
Progressive filly despite being a maiden after 10 starts. Has shown a liking for this surface and step back to this distance could prove ideal. Rates a leading contender.
Got too far back on handicap debut but was making eye-catching late progress in what was clear improvement from her first three starts. Open to plenty of progress on AW debut.
Showed slight improvement when a well-held third over this C&D on handicap debut. However more required in this company and others preferred.
Not seen since 2015 before a very creditable three placed efforts this campaign. Clearly likes this surface but will now need to find a bit extra in a tougher race.
Forecasts
Special Mission (5/2), Donnachies Girl (9/2), Coral Queen (5/1), Island Song (11/2), Mod (10/1), Joie De Vivre (11/1), Chantresse (11/1), French Heroine (18/1), Rose Crown (50/1)
ISLAND SONG is a credit to her trainer who has improved the filly out of sight, he continues to pick the races well and there's more to come at this trip. Joi De Vivre looked one to follow last time and providing she handles the surface rates a danger. Likewise Special Mission looks a winner waiting to happen while Mod and Chantresse are respected on this surface in a competitive opening contest.
- Island Song
- Joie De Vivre
- Special Mission
